At Beauty by Jodi, we go out of our way to make sure our clients feel valued and have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.

How do I make an appointment?
Click the ‘Book Now’ button on our website, Instagram or Facebook page.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Unfortunately, if you fail to notify us within that timeframe, you will be charged 50%
of the treatment cost (or lose your deposit).
You have full control of managing your bookings online. A reminder email is sent out 72 hours before your appointment with a link to make any changes. 

Change of mind policy
Any changes to your appointment must be made 48hrs before. On arrival of your appointment, if you decide you only want 1 of the 2 appointments made, our cancellation policy penalty will apply.

No Shows 
All no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
Please respect that I have reserved this time for you, which means turning other clients away that may have desired that time slot.

What do I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please send us a courtesy text to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened (if possible) or we may need to reschedule.

What if I am early?
Even if you are a few minutes early, we ask that you please stay in your car until your appointment time as we do not have a waiting area and would like to limit client crossover as much as possible. Alternatively, you can send a text and if we are not with a client, we may be able to start your treatment early.

What if it's my first time visiting?
For all first-time clients, we take a deposit upon booking. If you are new to having a facial, please allow time for booking a consultation during which we will do an in-depth look at the skin so we can tailor the facial to your skin needs. If you can also come makeup-free to those appointments. We also ask that you fill in the online consultations before coming in. 

Is there parking?
Yes, come down the driveway where there is designated parking.

How do I pay?
We have Eftpos available and accept all major credit cards.
We also can take cash.
In emergency cases, we will accept bank transfers, however, this must be completed before you leave and show proof of transaction.

Other Important information:​

  • Please use the bathroom before coming to your appointment as we do not have the facilities on site.

  • If you are sick, please stay home & reschedule your appointment. If you turn up to your appointment and you are unwell you risk being turned away and you will be charged for your appointment.
